Abstract
Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is a rare vascular tumor that is difficult to diagnose and best treated with surgical resection. We present an interesting case report of a large EHE obstructing the superior vena cava and bilateral brachiocephalic veins. Using a three-dimensional model for planning, we performed en bloc resection followed by venous reconstruction with a cryopreserved aortoiliac allograft.
