Enjeu majeur de santé publique, la prise en charge de l’excès pondéral à l’officine dépasse largement la simple délivrance de conseils hygiéno-diététiques. Du dépistage à l’orientation dans le parcours de soins, en passant par l’analyse iatrogénique et l’accompagnement des traitements, le pharmacien occupe une position centrale et encore sous-exploitée.

As a major public health issue, the management of overweight and obesity in the pharmacy goes far beyond simply providing health and dietary advice. From screening and referral within the care pathway to iatrogenic analysis and treatment support, pharmacists play a central yet underutilized role.
