Abstract
Pathomorphological components of adolescent planovalgus deformity are excessive peritalar eversion and instability of the medial ray. In the history of surgical treatment both regions were addressed in different ways. Modern arthroereisis technique enables stabilization of the hindfoot, however, beyond optimal age and in severe cases is not always completely sufficient. A combination of arthroereisis with calcaneal osteotomy and closed wedge plantarizing medial cuneiform osteotomy (AOC) is described that has not been published yet. First clinical and radiological results are presented.
