Abstract
Peer coaching is a collaborative, nonhierarchical approach that leverages bedside credibility to accelerate practice change. Within a large academic health system, a systemwide fellowship demonstrated improvements in clinical competence, patient outcomes, and adoption of evidence-based practices. This model offers leaders a sustainable strategy to reduce missed care, strengthen professional development, and advance organizational performance.
