She was scheduled for TAAA repair; however, she had a severe obstructive ventilatory disorder, which posed significant risks. Both open repair and general anesthesia were deemed to carry a high risk of respiratory complications. Consequently, an endovascular TAAA repair was performed using a physician-modified inner-branched endograft under locoregional anesthesia. This approach successfully treated the TAAA without any major complications. Abstract
