Drawing from studies in Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, evidence demonstrates that pharmacists can safely and effectively manage cystitis using established protocols without compromising antimicrobial stewardship. These models expedite patient access to care while maintaining quality and safety.
