[Fracture of the medial sesamoid bone of the hallux in congenital partition: a clinical case].

Abstract

The authors describe a case of fracture in the proximal part of the medial sesamoid bone of the hallux in congenital partition of the same one, produced by a sports trauma. This lesion happens rarely and in particular conditions, yet its therapy is simple and its prognosis in order to sports activity is good.
