Abstract
A method for determining the output of the thermal mode control of an active phased antenna array of an electronic device operating in a highly elliptical orbit is presented. The proposed method allows constructing an optimal cyclogram of the active phased antenna array heaters operation. This method uses modified Fourier series constructed using a new class of orthonormal function systems.
This method allows for an optimal temperature pattern and temperature change of the active phased antenna array components over time, which minimizes the risk of emergency situations related to the active phased antenna array thermal conditions when operating in orbital flight conditions.
Within the framework of this task, an additional analysis of the method for determining the transmitted power of the loop heat pipe in the active phased antenna array radiative heat exchanger based on temperature sensor readings for the case where the measurement power quickly changes over time during the period of the equipment's revolution around the Earth.
The operability method is confirmed based on a mathematical model of thermal processes in active phased antenna array designs.
