Demonstrate safety and feasibility of laparoscopic resection of a 13-week ectopic pregnancy in a non-communicating uterine horn.

47 year-old G2P1001 (term vaginal delivery) at 12w6d presenting with ectopic pregnancy of non-communicating uterine horn. This was an undesired pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy in non-communicating uterine horn discovered after unsuccessful dilation & curettage under ultrasound guidance. MRI confirmed diagnosis.
