[Vestibular apparatus and hereditary hearing impairment].

Abstract

Vestibular function tests in 33 cases of hereditary monosymptomatic symmetric sensorineural hearing loss do not show any significantly reduced excitability, but a mild difference between the groups with and without progression. A positive correlation is seen with the age of the children.
