This study investigates how person-organization (P-O fit) impacts psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior toward the organization (OCB-O) in remote work settings, moderated by job autonomy. Data were obtained from 255 remote workers, and the structural equation modeling technique using partial least squares (SEM-PLS) was used for analysis. The results show that P-O fit positively impacts psychological ownership. Furthermore, the study identifies psychological ownership as a significant mediator in the relationship between the P-O fit and OCB-O.
