Abstract
An analysis is performed of the relationship between the structure of molecules of pyridazino[4,5-c]quinoline and quinoline derivatives and their retention under conditions of reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography on octadecyl silica gel. The effect the physicochemical parameters and spatial structure of molecules of the studied compounds have on the change in the retention factor is shown.
