Abstract
The process of precipitating magnesium hydroxide from associated high-mineralized calcium–magnesium chloride brines and obtaining magnesium products through carbonation and decarbonation of the resulting solution has been studied. The influence of various factors on these processes has been analyzed. Practical recommendations are provided.
