All classified as Evidence Level I by AHRQ.Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that individuals with rotator cuff injuries can benefit from the Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty technique for rotator cuff treatment, where it can be observed that patients undergoing RSA had significant improvement in functional capacity and quality of life, showing improvements in both physical and emotional aspects and functional independence. Abstract

目的：识别和回顾国内和国际上有关肩袖置换术对患者生活质量和主要临床功能结果影响的文章。方法：系统检索丁香、MedLine、Pubmed、Scielo、BVS、Cochrane等数据库近05年发表的文献。结果：共纳入文献623篇，经时间筛选、标题及摘要阅读排除575篇。为了初步登记的目的，选择了48项研究，其中12项因重复而被排除。在剩余的36项研究中，31项因不符合纳入标准而被排除，共05项研究构成了综合数据。所有证据都被AHRQ列为一级证据。结论：本研究的结果表明，肩袖损伤患者可以受益于反向肩关节置换术治疗肩袖，可以观察到，接受RSA的患者在功能能力和生活质量方面有显著改善，在身体和情绪方面以及功能独立性方面都有所改善。证据等级III；系统评价。
