Prompt recognition and management are crucial, particularly in high-risk patients or complex procedures. Coils are essential tools for sealing perforated or ruptured vessels, preventing further haemorrhage and stabilising the patient.</p><p><strong>Case description: </strong>This report highlights three cases of perforated artery managed with coil embolization. The first case involved perforation of a small branch of the internal mammary artery, the second a ruptured aneurysm in the superior mesenteric artery and the third a distal branch perforation of the diagonal artery. All patients presented with significant haemorrhage, requiring urgent intervention. Abstract
