Participants' cardiovascular health is subsequently classified as \"good,\" \"can be improved,\" or \"needs to be improved,\" and PDF reports are generated.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>The Cardiovascular Health application is built on a strong scientific foundation, given the high prevalence of individuals at risk for cardiovascular disease.
