Abstract
The study presents both photometric and kinematic Gaia DR3 analyses of the nonrelaxed open cluster Stock 3, which is found to be located at a distance of \(2.95\pm 0.70\) kpc and to have an age of \(16\pm 4\) Myr. We analyze the data to infer the cluster membership and thus determine the total mass, initial mass function, and the dynamical and kinematical status.
