Traumatic loss of adduction of the little finger.

Abstract

We report a case of traumatic abduction of the little finger. FRACTURE was useful for identifying avulsion of the third palmar interosseous muscle. Reconstruction using an ulnar half-slip of the fourth flexor digitorum superficialis tendon led to good functional outcomes.Level of evidence: V.
