Additionally, a systematic review of all reported cases of extra-axial ependymoma metastases was conducted, systematically compiling clinical, morphological, and molecular data from relevant articles. Metastatic ependymoma represents a rare occurrence characterized by diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.
