Abstract

Biventricular pacing remains the cornerstone of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in patients with heart failure, with well-established benefits. Left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) offers a physiologic alternative by engaging the native conduction system to restore synchrony and has generated significant enthusiasm.
