Abstract
A transition-metal-free [3+2] cycloaddition between arylazo sulfones and diazo compounds is reported. Notably, arylazo sulfones demonstrate distinct reactivity characteristics; in contrast, other common azo compounds and aryldiazonium salts prove ineffective under this transition-metal-free conditions.
