A multidisciplinary panel of experts from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico was established, comprising 13 specialists in hematology/oncology and ophthalmology. The panel established a set of practical recommendations to address key clinical questions relating to identification of ocular events, management strategies, multidisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centric care.
