Abstract
Background
Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) projects often lack consistency in focus, structure, and evaluation, undermining scholarly rigor and impact.
Objective
To introduce the DNP Collective Model, which standardizes project implementation through collaborative mentorship and evidence-based interventions such as Mental Health First Aid (MHFA).
Results
Thirteen DNP students implemented MHFA across diverse communities. Quantitative and qualitative findings demonstrated improved mental health literacy, reduced stigma, and enhanced project quality.
