Abstract

α-AgSbS2 materials have shown excellent photosensitivity in early studies, but the crystal growth and electrical properties were not reported. In this paper, we report the single crystal growth of α-AgSbS2, its photoresponse characterization, and alpha particle radiation detection capability.
