The Operating Department Practitioner and surgical team's practice and adaptations to be holistic in nature will be analysed in this case study to support the patient through the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases of his surgical procedure. Abstract
Delivering holistic health care is an essential, effective practice in an emergency perioperative team.
