Abstract

To ensure the optimal performance of hydraulic impulse tools, it is essential to test them on test joints with a controllable torque rate. These test joints must exhibit consistent friction rates, linearity, repeatability, and reproducibility. This article presents the design of a fully automated calibration device for hydraulic pulse tool test joints, detailing its structural principles and automatic control procedures.
