With the help of characteristic functions, expressions of outage, success probability, capacity with outage, secrecy outage, probability of strictly positive secrecy capacity and intercept probability are presented. These expressions are functions of MFTR fading conditions, THz channel parameters and distances between various nodes in the system. Abstract
