Initial labs were notable for elevated transaminases, thrombocytopenia, mild hyponatremia, mild hypokalemia, and elevated procalcitonin.</p><p><strong>Discussion: </strong>Rapid identification of patients with tick-borne relapsing fever is essential to minimize morbidity and mortality.
