Three-dimensional metal-free perovskite with switchable dielectric behaviors†

Abstract

We reported a novel three-dimensional metal-free perovskite, MPZ–NH₄–(BF₄)₃ (MPZ = methylpiperazine), which exhibits a reversible phase transition accompanied by high and low dielectric state switching behavior at 382 K. This work expands the family of switchable dielectric materials and provides new insights into the design of perovskite dielectric switching materials.
