Abstract
A sorbent based on industrial waste (borogypsum), obtained via autoclave treatment, is used to study the kinetic and diffusion parameters of the sorption of Co2+ ions from aqueous solutions of cobalt chloride with no salt background. Kinetic curves of the sorption of Co2+ ions are obtained and analyzed using models of chemical kinetics at temperatures 20, 40, and 60°C.
