The document also addresses the indications for <em>MEN1</em> genetic testing.</div></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><div>This consensus statement aims to offer evidence-informed guidance for health care providers involved in the care of patients with MEN1 and associated tumors. It provides guidance on diagnostic tools, genetic testing criteria, imaging techniques, surgical interventions, and posttreatment monitoring. Abstract

Objective

This document presents the findings of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology (AACE) on the diagnosis, management, and surveillance of patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) and associated tumors. The task force included a diverse group of experts in endocrinology, oncology, genetics, surgery, and patient representation.
