A comprehensive classification discussion was undertaken regarding the chemical structures and emphasized the possibility of dual/multitargeted ligands. Ultimately, we discussed the effects of chiral structures and the pharmacological characteristics of ligands on affinity and pharmacokinetic features <i>in vivo</i>, particularly concerning radiopharmaceuticals.
