Abstract
The goal is to maintain routine operations without negatively impacting the natural environment. It is about improving operational efficiency while reducing costs and enhancing environmental responsibility. The study aims to examine the key drivers contributing to the successful implementation of sustainable supply chain practices in India's manufacturing industry. The study identifies 10 primary drivers that influence the successful adoption of sustainability in manufacturing. These drivers are based on expert opinions and scientific research. To determine the relative importance of these drivers, the study uses gray relational analysis (GRA) within a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) framework. This is a technique used to analyze and rank drivers when there is uncertainty or vagueness, making it ideal for assessing the importance of sustainability drivers. The study's findings can help supply chain participants (manufacturers, suppliers, etc.) prioritize and organize actions to integrate sustainability into their operations.
