This research study explores the underlying causes, challenges, and treatment options for arthritis, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of therapies. <b>Methods</b>: This research study evaluated current treatment strategies and examined the effectiveness of selected biological disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs), i.e., abatacept, golimumab, and sarilumab, with a focus on emerging drug classes and their distinct mechanisms of action. <b>Results</b>: Biologic DMARDs like abatacept, golimumab, and sarilumab offer hopeful treatment alternatives for patients who fail to respond to conventional therapies. However, individual outcomes differ because of the disease's complexity and the influence of accompanying health conditions. <b>Conclusions</b>: Treating arthritis continues to be challenging due to its numerous underlying causes and the varied ways in which patients respond to treatment.
