Abstract

Nonlinear Optical Applications

In article 2402434, Lili Miao, Jin Li, Guolin Hao, and co-workers explore the effect of precursor concentration on the growth of selenium microwires and corresponding heterostructures. The effect of carrier transfer between the interfaces of t-Se/MoS2 heterostructures on the enhancement of nonlinear optical properties is verified through experimental measurements and first-principles calculations.
