Abstract
Posterior glenohumeral dislocations are uncommon shoulder injuries accounting for up to 2% to 5% of all shoulder dislocations. They are caused by high-energy traumas, seizures, or electrocution as well as repetitive microtraumas related to sports or other activities. They can cause reverse Hill-Sachs lesions and in this Technical Note we describe a technique to treat this pathology.
