China is a country with severe earthquake disasters. Because of improvements in fortification intensity, fortification standards, or different design standards, the seismic performance of many existing residential buildings can't meet the requirements of the current seismic codes. It is an effective measure to reduce the loss of earthquake disasters through seismic appraisal of existing residential buildings and seismic reinforcement of houses that do not meet the appraisal requirements. At present, the prefabricated reinforcement method that is lightweight, fast, low-carbon, and reduces the impact on use has become the main development trend of reinforcement technology. Abstract

At present, many residential buildings in China adopt masonry structures, and the seismic performance of the structure itself is poor. China is a country with severe earthquake disasters. 基于预制技术的既有住宅抗震加固方法研究综述
目前国内许多住宅建筑采用砌体结构,结构本身抗震性能较差。中国是一个地震多发的国家。由于设防烈度、设防标准的提高或设计标准的不同,许多既有住宅建筑的抗震性能不能满足现行抗震规范的要求。对既有居住建筑进行抗震鉴定,对不符合鉴定要求的房屋进行抗震加固,是减少地震灾害损失的有效措施。目前,轻量化、快速、低碳、减少使用影响的预制加固方法已成为加固技术的主要发展趋势。本文阐述了现有预制墙板加固技术和外部预应力加固技术的相关研究进展,分析了现有预制技术在既有住宅抗震加固中的适用性,最后展望了预制抗震加固的新方向。
