Abstract
The water molecules play a significant role in the stabilization of insulin dimer in the presence of [Cho]-based ILs. Microscopic and macroscopic studies reveal that [Cho-OAc] shows prominent stabilization of insulin dimer. The role of IL formulation concerning insulin dimer is to improve the transdermal and oral drug delivery systems. More details can be found in article 2400943 by Muthuramalingam Prakash and co-workers.
