MRIs revealed cystic masses that shifted positions over time, eventually causing disruptive pain that prompted surgical intervention. Postoperative outcomes were favorable, highlighting the importance of considering tumor mobility in preoperative planning. Mobile schwannomas present diagnostic and surgical challenges.
