Advances in genetic screening allow the detection of these specific mutations, enabling a more personalized treatment approach, considering immunosuppressive therapies (IST) or bone marrow transplantation. Abstract

Aplastic Anemia (AA) is a rare blood disorder where the bone marrow fails, leading to pancytopenia.
