Abstract
Introduction
The QRS morphology in left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) is utilized to assess procedural success and to confirm left bundle branch (LBB) capture.
Methods and Results
We present a case in which the QRS morphology of the left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) changed during the procedure despite the maintenance of LBB capture throughout.
Conclusion
This case highlights the necessity for operators to be aware of this pitfall and raises potential questions regarding the determination of LBB capture.
