In recent years, with the development of high-throughput sequencing technology, tsRNA has been found to have a variety of biological functions, including gene expression regulation, stress signal activation, etc. In addition, it has been found that these molecules are abnormally expressed in various diseases and participate in various pathological processes, which play an important role. At present, more and more studies have shown that the expression level of tsRNA changes significantly during the development of neurogenetic diseases. This review provides an overview of the classification and biological functions of tsRNAs, with a particular emphasis on their roles in neurogenetic disorders and their potential as diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Abstract
