Abstract
4-(1H-Benzimidazol-2-yl)-6-phenylpyrimidin-2-yl-substituted 1,3,5-oxadiazinan-4-one and 5-methyl-1,3,5-triazinan-2-one derivatives were synthesized from N-[4-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-6-phenylpyrimidin-2-yl]-N′-aryl ureas, and their structure was confirmed by NMR and mass spectroscopic techniques. Some of the synthesized derivatives were analyzed for their binding affinity for EGFR through molecular docking studies.
