We present the case of a 54-year-old-female with lesions on her trunk and extremities that developed following vaccination. Her failed treatment response warranted further workup for AALP, which was confirmed around 1 year after initiation. Although vaccine-induced lichen planus is not common, it has been reported in various cases. Abstract
