However, the role of psychological distress as a potential mediator in the relationship between work-family conflict and turnover intentions has not been studied in the context of NMs.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>A cross-sectional design was used, and data were collected from a sample of 260 NMs using self-report questionnaires.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>NMs experienced a moderate level of work-family conflict and psychological distress. Organizational turnover intention was moderate, whereas professional turnover intention was low. Abstract
