Abstract
This paper is concerned with the determination of seismicity parameters for Irkutsk Region. To tackle this problem, we have made a complete earthquake catalog for the region using a unified magnitude scale for the time span from 1962 to 2021 inclusive. The determination of seismicity parameters is an important task prior to obtaining subsequent estimates of earthquake hazard.
