While all parts of the strategic plan are important, this article will present our work to update CFHA's values. These values represent directional statements and offer a framework to chart our future growth. They help us locate ourselves and direct us on how to be in a community and in relation to each other and the world. They have already been informative in critical conversations this past year. Abstract
