Phospholipid classes connected with embryo and endosperm included fatty acylcarnitine, diacylglycerol, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylglycerol, and phosphatidylethanolamine. Meanwhile, the studied rice groups showed the same distribution of the investigated 12 minerals.
