Abstract

Despite the progress made in the development of targeted therapies, breast cancer (BC) continues to pose a significant threat to the health of women. Transcriptomics has emerged due to the advancements in high-throughput sequencing technology. This provides crucial information about the role of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) in human cells, particularly long ncRNAs (lncRNAs), in disease development and function.
