In addition, many lagging chromosomes and micronuclei were detected. Moreover, the phosphorylation of threonine tyrosine kinase, the crucial kinase of the spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC), was suppressed. Hematologic abnormalities are the most common symptoms of Shwachman-Diamond syndrome (SDS).
